what we imagine might happen in the future. The key word there is imagine, it hasn\u2019t actually happened but we imagine that it might which is the root cause of worry. We worry about a future that has not happened yet and chances are it may not. I read a book once \u201cFeel the Fear but do it anyway\u201d which taught me that worry or in other words fear stops us from moving forward in life. Fear or in other words worry that we might fail before we have even tried. We try to predict the future which hasn\u2019t even happened yet and 92% of the time will turn out better than you think. If it doesn\u2019t turn out the way you think at least you will know to try something else, that is what keeps life fresh and exciting.<\/p>

It is your life and you will regret more what you didn\u2019t do than what you actually did.<\/p>
