Imagine having all the knowledge and experience you have now but in a younger body, a bit like going back in time. It\u2019s a thought I have sometimes come across but then I realise that to go back in time I would lose all that experience and knowledge which can only come from living through the years, because with age comes experience.<\/p>

So what do we do about it<\/h3>

Going back in time is of course fiction, at least for now, and all the movies I have seen on the topic the person doesn\u2019t get any younger they just go back to an earlier time in their older body. So what we can do about it is to take care of our older bodies so they can perform as good as possible given the restrictions that our advancing age puts upon us. Keep the body and the mind exercised and challenged on a daily basis, always have something to look forward to, a goal of some sort. Older people run marathons, obtain college degrees, doing things they never thought to do before. Your life is not over as you age, you have more challenges but you also have more opportunities with the knowledge and experience you have gained over the years.<\/p>

Inspiration for my tshirt design<\/h3>

came from sometimes looking back and thinking how when I was younger I never perhaps used my body to its full potential and what I would tell my younger self if I went back in time and met him.<\/p>
