Everybody has different ways of enjoying themselves otherwise we would all be doing the same things and the queues would be horrendous. It could be as exciting or scary whichever way you look at it as sky diving or as exciting or scary as gardening ( some people have a fear of worms and spiders or other creepy crawlies).<\/p>

How long is a life<\/h3>

I have never met anybody who can tell me exactly how long a life they are going to live, but what I do know is that as far as I know this is the only life we are going to get, and because of that fact I want to make the most of it. \"i39skaxt5a50mr3c3jy5fvqky2titmrbsmyevowbbc39b3or.jpeg.jpg?w=1140&h=auto\"<\/p>

I have written a list of all the things I would like to achieve in my life and then plan how I am going to do each one. Once I have experienced one I start planning the next which constantly gives me goals to aim for, and when I run out of goals and still have life left I plan some more. It is a big world and so many things to experience that I know I will never achieve everything but I intend to fill my life with as much as possible.<\/p>

Most things we do or don\u2019t do in our lives are governed by fear, or as they can be called the what ifs.<\/strong> What if this this might<\/strong> happen or what if that might<\/strong> happen is just what you tell your self. We take the safe route and avoid all the possibly exciting experiences that life can offer us.<\/p>

A really great book that inspired me was \u201cFeel the Fear but Do it Anyway\u201d by an author called Susan Jeffers. It was published in 1998 but it still reads strong today. You can still buy copies from online distributors now. I am not getting any financial gain from promoting this book but I hope by reading it you will be inspired to overcome the fears that stop you from living your life to the full, just as I did.<\/p>
